اسانس روغنی در محصولات آرایشی بهداشتی

اسانس ترکیب اصلی یک عطر را تشکیل می دهد. اسانس ها قبل از آنکه رقیق شوند، قوامی شبیه روغن دارند. به همین علت به آن ها روغن های معطر یا اسانس های روغنی نیز گفته می شود.
اسانس روغنی مایع آبگریز و غلیظی است که حاوی ترکیبات فرار گیاه می باشد. اسانس های روغنی را با روش های تقطیر و بر اساس مکانیسم فراریت از گیاهان جدا می کنند. اسانس های روغنی را با نام های دیگری مثل روغن های فرار، روغن های اسانسی یا روغن های اساسی و یا حتی اسانس نیز می شناسند. این روغن های گیاهی را از این نظر اسانسی می گویند که حاوی اسانس معطر گیاه است. این روغن ها برای سلامت انسان اساسی یا ضروری نیستند. بنابراین ترجمه روغن های اساسی نباید گمراهمان کند. اکثر ترکیبهای تشکیل دهنده اسانسها خواصی دارند که استفاده از آنها را به صورت فرآورده های دارویی، بهداشتی و غذایی امکان پذیر می سازد.
ترکیبهای متشکله اسانسها را می توان به طور کلی به سه دسته تقسیم کرد.
•  منوترپنهای اکسیژن دار
•  منوترپنهای بدون اکسیژن
•  سزکویی ترپنها
منوترپنها می توانند خطی، یک حلقه ای و یا دو حلقه ای باشند. منوترپنهای اکسیژن دار می توانند به فرمهای الکلی، کتونی، آلدئیدی و غیره باشند.
آلفا-پینن با فرمول بسته C_۱۰H_۱۶ یک منوترپن هیدروکربنی ۲ حلقه ای است که از نظر تجاری بسیار مهم است.
ترپینولن با فرمول بسته C_۱۰H_۱۶ یک منوترپن تک حلقه ای است. مایعی است بی رنگ یا به رنگ زرد روشن و بویی شبیه بوی درخت کاج که در آب غیرقابل حل است، ولی در الکل، اتر و گلیکول حل می شود.
میرسن منوترپن غیرحلقوی با فرمول بسته C10H16 به شکل زیر می باشد. ***شکل*** میرسن مایعی است روغنی، زردرنگ با بویی مطبوع و غیرقابل حل در آب، محلول در الکل، کلروفرم، اتر، اسیداستیک با درجه سمیت پایین که بوی شیرین و مطبوع آن مشخص کننده جنس سیتروس هاست.

HYDROSOLS — Floral Waters. Hydrosols are byproducts of the steam distillation of plant materials. While essential oils are concentrated forms of plant essences, hydrosols are highly diluted, made up of variable ratios of plant materials to water. To protect consumers, standards are being developed to determine an acceptable ratio. JUNIPERUS OXYCEDRUS — Cade Wood Oil. Essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the wood from the juniper tree. Bergamot: The essential oil from the rind of the Citrus aurantium, an inedible fruit that looks like a small orange. Bergamot lends a sparkling citrus-y freshness to perfumes, and Le Labo Bergamote 22 highlights this ubiquitous top note. Neroli: The essential oil from steam-distilling the orange flowers from the Seville Orange or Citrus aurantiam. It has a sharper, more citrus scent than orange blossom, which comes from the same flowers. Petit grain is the essential oil extracted from this same plant’s leaves and twigs, producing a woody-herbaceous scent used often in men’s fragrances. L’Artisan’s Seville À L’Aube features orange blossom. Tom Ford’s Neroli Portofino showcases the steam-distilled orange flower essence, and Comme des Garçons Energy C Grapefruit has petit grain. Vetiver: An essential oil steam-distilled from the roots of a tall grass native to India—though Haiti is now its largest producer. It has an earthy, peppery, lemony, dusty scent that has been used extensively in perfumery. Guerlain Vetiver and Hové Parfumerie Vetivert are two great examples of this important perfume note. Basil is a common name for the culinary herb Ocimum basilicum. The word comes from the Greek word basileus, which means King. Indeed, basil is considered the King of herbs and plays an important role in both Italian and Asian cuisine. Basil is known to contain high concentrations of essential oils and potent antioxidants with anti-aging, anti-cancer, anti-viral and anti-microbial properties. bergamote, Citrus bergamia, the bergamot orange is a fragrant fruit the size of an orange, with a yellow color similar to a lemon. = برگاموت، گونه ای از مرکبات، پرتقال برگاموت، میوه ای خوشبو به اندازه پرتقال معمولی اما با رنگ زرد مشابه لیمو است.
