روغن ها در محصولات آرایشی بهداشتی
پایه اصلی کرم ها و بسیاری از محصولات آرایشی رنگی، روغن است. روغن های آرایشی بهداشتی سه نوع معدنی، طبیعی و سنتزی هستند. پارافین مایع مثالی از روغن معدنی، روغن جوجوبا مثالی از روغن طبیعی و ایزوپروپیل میرستات مثالی از یک روغن سنتزی است.
پایداری اکسیداسیونی روغنهای آرایشی
مطابق این نمودار فلوراسان از همه روغن ها به جز در دو مورد استثنا پایدارتر است. موارد استثنا عبارتند از روغن کرچک و روغن نارگیل که البته این دو مورد هم به علت بالا بودن ویسکوزیته و چسبناک بودن روغن کرچک و بالابودن نقطه ذوب و حالت گریس مانند روغن نارگیل، زیبایی لازم را برای کاربرد در محصولات آرایشی ندارند.

صابون یک سورفکتانت آنیونی از جنس کربوکسیلات است که اسید چرب تشکیل دهنده آن می تواند دودسیل، میریستیل، استئاریک یا اولئیک باشد. مزیت صابون ها آن است که حاوی مواد نفتی نیستند اما عیب بزرگ صابون ها ناپایداری در برابر یون کلسیم و منیزیم (سختی آب) است. صابون پیه، صابون نارگیل، صابون های اولئیک و صابون های تال از انواع مختلف صابون می باشند.
حالت ایده آل خواص فعالیت سطحی، به وسیله محصولات کم محلول در آب بدست می آید. بیشتر صابون های رایج که شما دستان خود را با آن می شویید، مخلوطی از اسیدهای چرب حاصل از پیه، روغن نارگیل، روغن پالم و غیره می باشند.

محافظت از مو در برابر کلر استخر
راهکارهای مراقبت از رنگ مو در برابر کلر استخر را، یکی اینکه قبل از رفتن به استخر دوش بگیرید، دوم اینکه روغن بزنید به ساقه موهایتان قبل از وارد شدن به استخر، بعد موهای خودتان را جمع کنید و حالت دم اسبی در بیاورید اگر که موهای شما بلند است یا از کلاه شنا استفاده کنید و بعد از اینکه از استخر بیرون آمدید حتما شامپو و conditioner زدن را انجام بدهید.
نکته دومی که می توانید بعد از اینکه موهایتان را زیر دوش خیس کردید بروید یک مقدار روغن نارگیل یا روغن آرگان (نمیخوام تبلیغ روغن آرگان کنم خیلی فرق نمی کنند با همدیگر) یا روغن زیتون، یک روغن خلاصه، کف دستتان بریزید پخش کنید روی تارهای موهایتان اینجوری با دست بگیرید و روی تارهای مو مالش بدهید تا یک کاور خوبی بکند و بعد بروید داخل استخر.

ایزوپروپیل میریستات، ایزوپروپیل پالمیتات، اولئیک اسید، روغن نارگیل، لانولین، کره کاکائو برخی از مواد پرمصرف با خاصیت تولید آکنه یا آکنه ژنیک یا به اصطلاح قدیمی آن، کومدوژنیک می باشند.

کوکامید DEA یا کوکامید دی اتانول آمین، یک دی اتانول آمید است که از واکنش اسیدهای چرب به دست آمده از روغن نارگیل با دی اتانول آمین به وجود می آید. لوریک اسید، اسید چرب نارگیل است. از واکنش تراکمی لوریک اسید و دی اتانول آمین و خارج شدن یک مولکول آب، کوکونات فتی اسید دی اتانول آمید به دست می آید که کف کننده و امولسیون کننده خوبی است. مصرف سالانه کوکونات فتی اسید دی اتانول آمید بنا بر آمار سال 75 در ایران 30000 تن در سال می باشد.
