انواع پوست چیست؟
پوست به چهار دسته نرمال، خشک، چرب و ترکیبی تقسیم بندی می شود. با وجود آنکه روش هایی برای تعیین نوع پوست وجود دارند، اما در واقع تعیین نوع پوست، کار بسیار دشواریست. یکی از روش های تعیین نوع پوست، استفاده از ابزاری به نام ذره بین مجهز به لامپ است که در مطب پزشکان متخصص پوست و در سالن های زیبایی یافت می شود.
یکی از این آزمایشات بررسی پوست از نزدیک با استفاده از ذره بین و لامپ بزرگ نما می باشد. در صورتی که فرد آرایش دارد، باید میکاپ قبل از بررسی پاک شود. به طور کلی برای ارزیابی پوست، باید ابتدا پوست را به وسیله شیرپاک کن و سپس لوسیون تمیز نمائید. یک بخش کوچک از پوست حدود دو سانت را با انگشتان بکشید تا بافت و الاستیسیته پوست و میزان باز بودن منافذ آن مشخص شود.

دپنتنول یا پرو ویتامین B5 برای رطوبت رسانی به پوست و همچنین خواص تسکینی اش در محصولات آرایشی بهداشتی استفاده می شود.
پانتنول موضعی به خوبی توسط پوست تحمل می شود. استفاده از این ماده سبب هیدراسیون پوست (این ویتامین تا حدودی اثر جاذب الرطوبه نیز دارد)، صاف شدن سطح پوست، افزایش الاستیسیته درم، محافظت در برابر عوامل تحریک زا، اثر ضد التهاب و تأثیر ضد خارش می گردد. به طور معمول این ویتامین در محدوده 1% در فرمولاسیون فرآورده ها به کار می رود.

مطالعات بالینی چیست؟
