Niavaran palace complex

As a foreigner, with 85000 Toman (Equal to $25) to can visit all the palaces in the museum. You have option not visit some places. I would not choose museum of library, because while it is not more than a normal library, you cannot even touch the books! You need at least 3 hours to visit all palaces and they close at 16:30. Therefore, I advice you to go there before 13:30 if you want to go there in the afternoon. If you want to go there in the morning, they open at 8.00. Note that the Museum is closed in religious holidays.

Niavaran palace

Niavaran palace is the main building in Niavaran palace complex. Drawing room, carpet of Mashahir, royal textile and clothes, tapestries of the walls, makeup room of Iranian queen (Farah) along with her toiletries, aluminium openable roof are interesting in this palace. It was the main residence place of king pahlavi. In the third floor of this palace you can see the personal room of Pahlavi princes.
