دانستنی های عطر: هرم بویایی
رایحه عطر را می توان به یک هرم تشبیه کرد که روایح سنگین در قسمت پایه و روایح فرارتر در قسمت نوک هرم قرار می گیرد. رایحۀ عطر از لایه ها یا نت های مختلفی تشکیل شده است. چیزی که از بطری عطر استشمام می کنیم، رایحه فوقانی یا پیش رایحه است. بدنه اصلی عطر را رایحه میانی آن تشکیل می دهد. چند ساعت پس از مصرف، بویی به مشام می رسد که در واقع رایحه پایه ای یا نت ماده زمینه ای عطر است.مشاهده مطلب
گران ترین عطر دنیا: عطری به قیمت یک پورشه!
گران ترین عطر دنیا Clive Christian Imperial Majesty نام دارد که فقط 10 تا از آن تولید شده است. قیمت این عطر 215 هزار دلار است که با دلارِ 4000 تومان حدود 860 میلیون تومان است! (معادل پول یک دستگاه پورشه کاین در بازار ایران). جالب است بدانید پورشه کاین 2017 کاملا مجهز، در آمریکا 90 هزار دلار است. یعنی با پول یک بطری از این عطر، می توان در آمریکا، 2 تا از این پورشه ها خرید و 35 هزار دلار هم پس انداز کرد!
علت قیمت بالای این عطر آن است که با اشیاء گران قیمتی ساخته شده است. بدنه این عطر از جنس کریستال واقعی است که روی آن با دست، کارهای هنری انجام شده است. گفته می شود این کار آنقدر ظریف است که از هر سه بار تلاش برای ساخت شیشه آن، یک بار بطری می شکند. یک الماس 5 قیراطی روی آن وجود دارد و دهانه آن با طلای 18 عیار تزئین شده است. اسانس های به کار رفته در آن همگی طبیعی هستند.

هرم بویایی چیست؟
نوت های تشکیل دهنده یک عطر را می توان بر حسب درجه تبخیر یا ضریب فراریت شان به صورت یک هرم یا مثلث به تصویر کشید. هرمی که نوک آن را رایحه فوقانی و نوت های سبک تر و قاعده آن را نوت های پایه ای و سنگین تر تشکیل می دهد. بدنه عطر یا مواد تشکیل دهنده رایحه میانی یک عطر را در وسط این مثلث یا هرم به تصویر می کشند.

سپس از محیط عطرفروشی خارج شوید و یک ساعت بعد، دوباره آن دو عطر را از روی مچ دست بو کنید. این کار دو مزیت بزرگ دارد. اول اینکه یک ساعت حس بویایی تان استراحت می کند. دوم اینکه بدنه اصلی رایحه عطر که همان رایحه میانی است بعد از یک ساعت خودش را نشان می دهد.

اسانس به مواد خوشبو و خوش طعم می گویند. اما در عطرسازی منظور از اسانس، بخش معطر و بدنه یک عطر است که در آب قابل حل نمی باشد. در واقع اسانس مجموعه از از مواد و مولکولهای معطر است که در هماهنگی با هم رایحه یک عطر را ایجاد می کند.
اگر به مفهوم عام آن مطابق آنچه در زبان فارسی جا افتاده بخواهیم تعریف کنیم: اسانس به مواد خوشبو و خوش طعم می گویند. اما در عطرسازی منظور از اسانس، بخش معطر و بدنه یک عطر است که در آب قابل حل نمی باشد. در واقع اسانس مجموعه از از مواد و مولکولهای معطر است که در هماهنگی با هم رایحه یک عطر را ایجاد می کند.
چیزی که از اسانس در عطر نام می بریم مجموعه از ترکیبات معطر است. هر یک از این ترکیبات معطر می تواند رایحه ای مستقل داشته باشد. حتی می تواند هر یک به تنهایی بوی بدی داشته باشد. اما ویژگی یک عطر خوب این است که این مواد معطر به گونه ای آمیخته شوند که یک بدنه هماهنگ ایجاد کند و رایحه منحصر به فرد و دلپذیری از آن به مشام برسد.
