پیش رایحه چیست؟

مواد اولیه طبیعی صنایع عطر سازی به دو دسته گیاهی و حیوانی تقسیم بندی می گردد.گالبانوم (Galbanum)
گالبانوم نوعی صمغ زرد است که از گیاهی شبیه انقوزه گرفته میشود. صمغ گالبانوم از گیاهان چتری Ferulla galbaniflua جمع‌آوری میشود که در ایران و لبنان بطو وسیعی می‌روید رزین طبیعی گالبانوم توسط الکل استخراج شده ، با ترکیبات یاس بنفش بخوبی ادغام میشود.
در عطرسازی مدرن از صمغ گالبانوم برای رسیدن به نقطه « پیش رایحه سبز » (greenish top note) استفاده میشود

دانستنی های عطر: هرم بویایی
رایحه عطر را می توان به یک هرم تشبیه کرد که روایح سنگین در قسمت پایه و روایح فرارتر در قسمت نوک هرم قرار می گیرد. رایحۀ عطر از لایه ها یا نت های مختلفی تشکیل شده است. چیزی که از بطری عطر استشمام می کنیم، رایحه فوقانی یا پیش رایحه است. بدنه اصلی عطر را رایحه میانی آن تشکیل می دهد. چند ساعت پس از مصرف، بویی به مشام می رسد که در واقع رایحه پایه ای یا نت ماده زمینه ای عطر است.
هرم بویایی چیست؟
عطرها معمولاً از لایه های مختلف روایج تشکیل شده اند تا بوی رایحه نهایی خود را نشان دهند. به این لایه ها نت می گویند. در واقع رایحه ای که شما در مغازه عطرفروشی تست می کنید با آنچه وقتی به خانه می رسید بو می کنید تفاوت دارد.
رایحه یک عطر از سه قسمت تشکیل شده است:

تقسیم بندی رایحه یک عطر
آن بخش از رایحه یک عطر که چند ثانیه بعد از عطر زدن به مشام می رسد و تا چند دقیقه دوام دارد، را رایحه فوقانی یا پیش رایحه می گویند. آن بخش از رایحه یک عطر که چند دقیقه پس از عطر زدن به مشام می رسد و تا چند ساعت دوام دارد را میان رایحه یا رایحه میانی یک عطر می نامند. آن بخش از رایحه یک عطر را که چند ساعت پس از مصرف به مشام می رسد و گاهی تا چند روز دوام دارد را پس رایحه یا رایحه پایه عطر می نامیم.
سپس به ترتیب اجزای مختلف رایحه عطر که عبارتند از پیش رایحه، میان رایحه و پس رایحه در زمانه های مختلف تبخیر می شوند و به مشام می رسند.
پیش رایحه: آن بخش از رایحه یک عطر که چند ثانیه بعد از عطر زدن به مشام می رسد و تا چند دقیقه دوام دارد، را رایحه فوقانی یا پیش رایحه می گویند.
گاهی در سمینارها و کارگاه های آموزشی از من می پرسند آقای حسنانی پیش رایحه تا چند دقیقه دوام دارد؟ پاسخ منطقی به این پرسش این است که بستگی به ضریب فراریت موادی دارد که به عنوان نوت فوقانی در فرمولاسیون این عطر استفاده شده. اما به برخی هنرجویان حتما باید یک عدد بدهیم وگرنه قانع نمی شوند. وقتی می گفتم 15 تا 20 دقیقه جوری نگاه می کردند که انگار این عدد را پرانده ام. بنابراین در عدد دادن همیشه مشکل داشتم. تا اینکه مصاحبه ای از یک خانم عطرساز به نام ترودی لورن دیدم که در پاسخ به این پرسش گفته بود رایحه فوقانی حدود 20 دقیقه به طول می انجامد. الان دیگه با خیال راحت به کسانی که عدد می خواهند می گویم: 20 دقیقه (قالَ ترودی لورن ).
توجه داشته باشید که این 20 دقیقه، یک عدد یک عدد تخمینی است. به آن معنی نیست که کرنومتر بگیریم و راس 20 دقیقه بگوییم خوب پیش رایحه تمام شد، به رایحه اصلی عطر خوش آمدید.

در ورکشاپ دانستنی های عطر بازی جالبی انجام شد. هر یک از شرکت کنندگان یک نام انتخاب کرد که از اجزاء اسانس بود. هر جزء عددی داشت که مرتبط با میزان فراریت آن بود. مفهوم پیش رایحه، رایحه میانی و پس رایحه با این تکنیک آموزش داده شد. در کلاس های آموزشی دانشجو را از صندلی اش جدا می کنم. چون می دانم که با یک جا نشستن طولانی راندمان آموزش پایین می آید
