GLYCOLIC ACID: Alpha Hydroxy Acids are a group of naturally occurring acids which are derived from certain plants and fruits. The most commonly used form of AHA is Glycolic Acid, which comes from sugar cane. Glycolic Acid dissolves the “glue” that holds dead skin cells together in the epidermis. Once loosened up, these dead skin cells can be easily dissolved or exfoliated to reveal new skin underneath. گرایش به رنگ مو
بر اساس آمار، درصد از زنان آمریکایی از رنگ مو استفاده می کنند. در سال ، تنها درصد از زنان این کشور موهای خود را رنگ می کردند که آن هم برای پوشاندن موهای سفید بود. در چند دهه پیش، عامه مردم از رنگ مو استفاده نمی کردند و زنان با موهای رنگ شده اسباب تمسخر سایرین بودند. این روزها مردان هم به تبعیت از زنان برای پوشاندن موهای سفید خود از رنگ مو استفاده می کنند. آمارهای به دست آمده در کشور امریکا در سال میلادی حاکی از صرف هزینه ای بالغ بر میلیون و هزار دلار برای رنگ مو است و شمار مصرف کنندگان رنگ مو در سال اخیر درصد افزایش یافته است. اما انتخاب نوع رنگ مو و فن استفاده از آن به موضوعی گیج کننده بدل شده است.
انواع رنگ مو
رنگ های مو به دو دسته طبیعی و شیمیایی تقسیم بندی می گردند:
• رنگ موهای طبیعی یا گیاهی
رنگ موهای طبیعی از برگ گیاهان حاوی رنگدانه مانند حنا، روناس، خضاب، بابونه، ایدیگو و موارد دیگر به دست می آیند. به این صورت که مثلا در مورد حنا (Henna) برگ های این گیاه ابتدا خشک سپس پودرشده و به صورت خمیر در آمده و روی مو گذاشته می شود. البته حنا را می توان به صورت منفرد یا در ترکیب با گیاهان دیگری مثل ایندیگو(Indigo) و بابونه (Camomile) هم استفاده نمود. مزیت رنگ موهای گیاهی، طبیعی بودن و ایمنی نسبی آنهاست.

شیمی رنگ مو
بسته به نوع رنگ مو از قبیل دائمی، نیمه دائمی و موقتی بودن از مواد شیمیایی مختلفی در ترکیب رنگ موها استفاده می شود. آمونیاک یکی از مواد تشکیل دهنده رنگ مو است که موجب جدا شدن کوتیکول های مو و نفوذ رنگ به داخل مو می شود. اولین رنگ موی شیمیایی با ماده فنیل اتیلن دی آمین ساخته شده است. | در مقاله شیمی رنگ مو از واژه بابونه استفاده شده است.

فرآیند تولید اکسیدان به این صورت است که محلول آبی پراکساید (30 درصد) و آب به نسبت 20 به 80 با یکدیگر آمیخته شده و مقدار اندکی ماده پایدار کننده به آن افزوده می شود. از آنجا که برخی از افراد به اکسیدان حساسیت دارند انجام آزمون patch test نیز توصیه می شود.
دیگر رنگ موهای دائمی: گیاهی و فلزی
رنگ موهای بر پایه گیاهی مثل رنگ موهای به دست آمده از برگ حنا (با ماده فعال 2-هیدروکسی-1،4-نفتوکینون) و همچنین رنگ موهای بر پایه گل های بابونه (با ماده فعال 4،5،7 – تری هیدروکسی فلاون) استفاده می شوند. همچنین ترکیبات غیراشباع آلفا و بتا که ایجاد واکنش افزایشی 1.4 با پروتئین های آزاد مو و دیگر گروه های نوکلئوفیلی باقی مانده ایجاد می کند وجود دارد.
رنگ موهای بر پایه معدنی شامل اکسید فلزاتی مثل سرب، آهن، بیسموت، نیکل و کبالت است.

سیوت از ترشحات مقعدی گربه زباد به دست می آید.(البته این جانور نوعی گربه محسوب نمی‌شود) این ترکیب که از مقعد این حیوان گرفته میشود بسیار بوی تندی دارد و رایجه آن فیکال یا مدفوعی به حساب می‌آید. اما در فرمولاسیون عطر، به روایح گلی گرما میبخشد. ماده خمیر مانند نرم سیوت بوی اسکاتولیک دارد زیرا حاوی متیل ایندول و اسکاتول است. همچنین حاوی ماده ای به نام لاکتون است که بویی شبیه مشک دارد. همچنین سیوتون تنتورها و آن هیدرول های سیوت در درصد های ۳ تا ۶ در الکل 95 درصد مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. قبل از استفاده گرما داده میشود، هم زده میشود و به مدت چند ماه زمان داده میشود تا برسد.
مثالی از فرمولاسیون دهان شویه: هگزیل رزارسینال به عنوان ماده قابض کننده و آنتی سپتیک. گلیسرول یا گلیسیرین به عنوان جاذب الرطوبه و شیرین کننده. آسکاربیک اسید ضدمیکروبی. اسانس میخک ضدالتهاب. متیل سالیسیلات طعم دهنده. اتیل الکل حل کننده روغن میخک . آب به عنوان ماده حامل.
تاریخچه برند نیوآ : اوسریت یک لانولین الکل تخلیص شده می باشد که محتوی کلسترول بالایی دارد. لانولین الکل خالص یا اوسریت آلرژی کمتری نسبت به سایر لانولین الکل ها دارد. لانولین الکل یک ماده طبیعی است که حاوی مخلوطی از لیپیدهای مرتبط با پوست است که از مومهای پشم گوسفند استخراج می شود. ترکیبات اصلی تشکیل دهنده کرم نیوآ عبارتند از: آب، پارافین، گلیسیرین، پانتنول، سیتریک اسید، اسانس و اوسریت امول جنت. امول جنت یعنی امولسیون کننده.
ترکیبات تشکیل‌دهنده خمیردندان: مواد ساینده: 20 تا 40 درصد، مواد پیوند دهنده: 2 درصد، مواد جاذب الرطوبه: 20 تا 40 درصد. مواد ساینده مثل اکسید آلومینیوم، کلسیم پیروفسفات، کربنات‌ها مثل سدیم بی‌کربنات، کلسیم کربنات، سیلیکا. ترکیبات پیونددهنده مثل پلیمرهایی همچون کربکسی متیل سلولز، آلجینات و صمغ‌ها. مواد هیومکتانت یا جاذب الرطوبه عبارتند از: گلیسیرین، سربیتل، پروپیلن گلایکول، مانیتول و پروپیلن گلایکول.
هیومکتان یا هومکتان برای جلوگیری از خشک شدن خمیردندان استفاده میشود و به خمیردندان خاصیت پلاستیسیتی می‌دهد. سوربیتول رایج‌ترین ترکیب جاذب الرطوبه است. گلیسیرین و پروپیلن گلایکول نیز همین نقش را دارند.
در ساختار یک خمیردندان ترکیباتی مثل گلیسیرین و سوربیتول به عنوان روان کننده و نگهدارنده رطوبت استفاده می‌شوند. سیلیسیک اسید و کلسیم کربنات پاک‌کننده هستند. سدیم لوریل سولفات کف کننده است. سدیم ساخارین و منتول طعم‌دهنده هستند. کربوکسی متیل سلولز، آلگینات سدیم مواد پیوند دهنده هستند. سدیم فلوراید، ایزوپروپیل متول فنول و تران اگزامیک اسید مواد فعالی هستند که از بیماری‌ها جلوگیری می‌کنند.

غدد سبابه که ترشحات هولوکرینی دارد ترشحات روغنی تولید می کند که پوست را نرم و منعطف نگه می دارد. سلول های غدد سبابه ابتدا سلول های بنیادی سبوسیت هستند که در شکل بالا به رنگ خاکستری نشان داده شده است. سلول های زایشی با رنگ خاکستری پررنگ نشان داده شده پس در مرحله اول سلول های بنیادی به سلول های زایشی تبدیل می شود سپس سلول های زایشی تکامل یافته و به سلول های سالخورده یا بالغ که به رنگ زرد نشان داده شده تبدیل می شود. دستگاه گلژی در این سلول ها بسیار فعال است و گرانول های ترشحی به تدریج که در سلول جمع می شوند سلول متورم شده و مثل بادکنکی که باد می شود نهایتاً می ترکد و سلول فروپاشیده به همراه مواد ترشحی و لاشه سلول به سمت مرکز غده می رود و سبوم تشکیل می شود. سبوم حاوی تری گلیسیرید لاشه سلول اسکوآلن کراتین های شاخی و کلسترول می باشد.
ترکیبات تشکیل دهنده ضد لک بایومارین همانطور که می بینید از دو نوع ترکیب ویتامین C به نام های سدیم آسکوربیل فسفات و گلیسیریل آسکوربات استفاده شده است. علاوه بر این دو ویتامین C، ویتامین E هم دارد که اینها همگی آنتی اکسیدان هستند. از عصاره شیرین بیان برای مهار آنزیم 5 آلفا ردوکتاز استفاده شده است و نیاسینامید برای جلوگیری از انتقال ملانین از ملانوسیت به کراتینوسیت . در این کرم از کلاژن دریایی نیز استفاده شده است.
